Hi, my name is Lex, and I’m 9 weeks old. I’ve been with my new mommy for a week today. It’s been lots of fun to settle into my new home.

I have 2 doggie sisters. The oldest sister is named Harlow.

The younger sister is named Angelica. She is learning how to be a guide dog just like me!
|
 |
There are also two cats named Oreo (who is camera shy) and Sammy. Sammy is bigger than I am, but my mom says it won’t be long until I tower over him!

One of my favorite things to do is sit in the sun. I could sit there all day, soaking up the warmth.
|
 |
I also like to go on walks. My sisters tell me that I walk very slow, but that’s okay because I’m very little.
|
 |
When my mom calls me, I come running to her as fast as I can. When I get to her, I lots of praise, kisses, hugs, and even treats!

 |
| This week, I went to my first puppy class. Everyone loved to pet and hold me. I didn’t realize I was a celebrity! |
 |
| Anyhow, we practiced follow me, sit, down, stand, close, body handling, and play. The last one just comes naturally to me. I love to play! |
 |
I did a very good job on everything. Although, it made me terribly tired because I slept through the entire big dog class!

 |
Sleeping one of my ultimate favorite activities. I take lots of naps. Learning how to be a good boy is a hard job.
