Week Two with Lucky :)

May 8th was a pretty quiet day. We did practice recalls in the yard though. :)

May 9th was a busy day for Lucky! Tasha got here (my friend's dog) for the weekend. We played outside for most of the morning and afternoon.

Later in the evening Lucky came to work with me and did very well! He played with his toy for a little while and then fell asleep. When it was dinner time I crated him and he was perfect in his kennel.

May 10th was my puppy raiser picnic that I have every year, and Lucky's siblings Lex & Luna were there as well. Along with Filene, G-lee, Angelica, and Krista. :)

Later, after my picnic was over my friend came over with her puppy she is raising for Canine Companions for Independence. Her puppy's name is CCI Chevel II. She is a golden/lab cross and about a month older then Lucky.

May 11th (Mother's Day!) Lucky got to go to church with me! We sat in the sound room with my friends so if I had to leave I didn't have to walk through the sanctuary with him. He played with a bone for a little while and then passed out until the end of the service. When we got home he didn't want to wake up from his nap in the kennel in the car. :)

Sunday afternoon I dressed Lucky up so he could practice wearing things. He did very well!

And then after all that fun, he took a nice long nap. :)

On May 13th Tasha (my friends dog) came over from about 9AM-3PM. So we spent pretty much that whole time playing outside. :)

Lucky spotted this toad, and watched it hop away. 

And later, I had one final to take for college, so my Mom came too and brought Lucky. So while Eden settled with me my Mom walked Lucky around and let him settle.

May 15th we played outside for a little while and Lucky started to fall asleep in the shade of this rake, but when I bent down to take a picture... he started to wake up.
