Hello All,
I've discovered something. The older I get, the busier I am. Have you ever found that?! Read all about it...
On Friday night, I met up with Mom from my home-switch with Lucky's mom. I was happy to see my brother again! And--I was happy to be back with Mom, too!
| Home Sweet Home! Well, sorta! Home is wherever mom is! So, in this case, we were in Christmas Tree Shoppe. After Mom got me back from Lucky's Mom, we went shopping. |
| There are lots of cards. |
| A really cute bowl dish stand. |
| Mirrors |
| Settling--do my legs look long?! |
| I did a people greeting! |
Then, we went to PetSmart.
I WANT this bed!
I NEED this bed!
PLEASE!!!!!! |
| I watched puppy play time. Even though I enjoyed watching, I did a nice job checking in with Mom! |
| What birds? I don't see any birds. |
Home Depot
The orange room of carts. I think the blue Lowe's carts match my completion better. |
| This was a cool footing! |
| Nothing like getting home and sleeping on my own bed. |
| Mom and I went to Wegmans. Mom was on her laptop and I had to.... |
| .....settle!! I took a long nap! |

| Mom did an Easter Photoshoot with me. She thinks I look extremely handsome in this picture. |
.JPG) |
| Harlow and I make quite a pair of bunnies! |
| Ummm...I got this down! The bunny ears will fall off if I put my head down! |
| Okay, Mom! I'm dozing. |
.JPG) |
| Falling asleep...this is taking way too long! |
| This was the Easter card greeting Mom made. |
| Bunny, bunny, what a cute bunny! |
| I went to church on Easter Sunday and wore my best tie! |
| I decided I needed a new look for the day, so I tried the "left ear back" look. Whatcha think?! |
On my birthday reunion weekend, I received many birthday gifts. I think my birthday is the never ending birthday. I LOVE IT!
| I got these great gifts from my mom Halsa and her humans. |
| This has to be the coolest ball ever. It says "Happy Birthday," AND it squeaks! LOVE! Oh and by the way....the candy was for mom. I never understand why I can't have candy! Oh well! |
| These delicious treats were from my sister Latte (now called Sammie!) and her humans. |
| How cute are they?! Bunnies and the number 1 for our first birthday! |
| Self control! |
| These gifts are from my brother Lucky and his human. What fun! |
| Look what mom did to me with the treats from Lucky. I know my brother--he meant for me to eat these treats NOT have Mom put them on my legs. |
| I was a very good boy, and I didn't eat one of my legs. Mom gave me lots of treats for being such a good boy. My patience was worth it! |
| It's true! I'm 13 months old! |
| I always let Harlow get in a picture with me. |
| I went to the Post Office to drop off some mail. |
| Then, I walked up this cool ramp! |
| On my walk, I crossed this bridge. There's lots of water underneath it! |
| I practiced my footings, as well. |
| I helped Mom make a return at Walmart. |
| Then, we walked around Walmart. |
| We went to Wegmans again-where I napped while mom was on her laptop. Training and working at the same time! |
| I got caught up on some zzzz's! |
One afternoon, Patrick Starr and I decided to take a nap!
| I went on an outing with my uncle. We went to a cemetery to take pictures for a project. I even saw a train on the outing! |
| I went to Wegmans AGAIN! I'm getting this routine down! |
| I went to Sears...I've never been to this store before. |
| I helped out at Puppy Class. Since it was only for the young puppies, I supervised from my crate. I did a little whining because it wasn't a very fun night....even though I had a peanut butter bone! |
| On Thursday, we got in the car. Just when I thought we were going on a fun outing, Mom told Harlow and me that she was leaving for a few days. She was going to Guiding Eyes to volunteer at an event for all the Broods and Studs of Guiding Eyes. |
| While mom was gone, I stayed at my home with the family. I took lots of naps.... |
| ....I laid on a pretty mat in my aunt's room. |
| ....I went on lots of walks with Harlow. Oh yeah, and the humans, too, since we had to walk them for their daily exercise! |
| I sat at the door when I wanted to go out. Yay for me! |
Harlow and I enjoyed hanging out while mom was gone. With our bowls by our side, we're ready for anything!
When Mom was on her trip, she got to see many of my relatives. The event was for the retired and active broods and studs to get their eyes examined by a canine ophthalmologist.
| This is Zola. She is my Great-Great Grandma (on my dad's side). |
| This is Gretchen. She is my Great-Grandma (on my dad's side). |
This is Olga. She is my Grandma (on my dad's side). The broods and studs had to get their eyes examined, so in this picture, she is getting eye drops. |
| This is Shelby. She is my grandma (on my mom's side!). |
Until Next Week,
Lex
