Week 14 from Lex's View

HELLO!
It's me again. I hope you've had a fantastic week! Take a look at mine.....

I went to church...I'm very good at settling while mom plays music and during the rest of the time, too.

I went shopping at Aldi. It was my second time there, and I handled it like a pro.

I went to Wegmans. Mom, would you like me to buy you a bouquet of flowers?

I don't understand why these veggies aren't in the garden...hmmm...perplexing.

I went to the RedBox. Did you know that sometimes I watch tv? I like to see what's on there and sometimes, there's cool sounds, too.

Do you like my bow tie? I think it makes me look very handsome.

I went on lots of walks this week. Harlow and I make a good walking team.

This was a super fun stick!

Chilling in the baby pool!

My paws are big!

Yes, and I took naps, too!

I went to a community day event held at this farm. This silo has to be the tallest thing I've even seen in my entire life. Must be it never stopped growing---oh, no will that happen to me?

I checked out this wagon on my own.

Unfortunately, it was raining, so they didn't take me for a ride. Disappointing.

It's hard to see in this picture, but I got to see some other dogs at the event. I was very good at watching them, but also, checking back in with mom.

Goofy faces

I went inside the barn and did a great settle despite the commotion. .

Giving mom the eyes! :)

This little girl really liked me. I was very good with her.

I went to the WORLD SERIES!!! The World Series of the college league in my town! I think all my cheering on this year helped because we won the final game!! YAY!

Maybe next year they'll hire me as a coach.

I went to class this week. We did an outing to a local college campus. It was a blast, and there were so many fun things to do!

Settling

There were stairs all over the place! Mom says that's why we went there!

Looking down from the top!

These are the Mount Everest of stairs, I think. They were open backed and had a funny feeling (kinda like a grate). But, I had no problem walking on them. Maybe when I grow up I will be a professional stair climber. (hmmm..is that a job?!)

I walked over this bridge nicely.

We ended class by going into the basketball arena. There were more stairs and a ton of seats. Mom says that when it's basketball season that she will take me to see a game.

Mom loves when I look up to her like this.

Waiting for mom to stop talking.

I was tired on the way home. Stair climbing is hard work!

I'm officially 5 months old...and 50.4 pounds!

I'm trying to roll my tongue!

I gave Oreo a kiss...but from the looks of things she didn't appreciate it. Cats...can't ever please them! Speaking of cats....I kitten-sat this week for my aunt's 3 month old kitten. It was my responsibility to make her feel completely at home in my home. I think I did a very good job. I was so busy taking care of her that I forgot to take any pictures. Sorry!
My Aunt gave me this leash! Mom was all excited about it because it's a Vera Bradley leash!!! It's black, white, and gray...thank goodness it doesn't have pink!! I heart it!

Sleeping with my tug toy

I help get the mail. Mom doesn't tell me to, but when she gets it out of the mail box, I sit and wait nicely!

I got to ride in this weird elevator. It isn't a regular elevator, but goes kind of slow and makes a loud noise.

I sat for a while....

But then, I settled and started to take a nap.

                                                                      Until Next Week,
